Please check fitting details carefully, and if colour is important, we recommend ordering a fabric sample first, as tones may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Our lampshade materials have been tested and pass the glow wire test performed by the Lighting Association. The fabric is backed with a white fire resistant PVC lining and we recommended using a low energy bulb.
Our lampshades are bespoke and made to order according to your specifications. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only process cancellations before production has begun. Once your lampshade is in the process of being made, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
