Expertly crafted in the UK from luxuriously soft, consciously sourced European linen flax, the textured weave of the natural fibres produces a soft, ambient glow when illuminated. Our coloured lampshades are available in a range of sizes from 20cm to 40cm, and a beautiful palette of colours inspired by nature. Our drum lampshades are suitable for floor and table lamps and as a ceiling pendant.

  • Each lampshade is made to order. We aim to despatch new orders within 2-7 days, however this can be longer during busy periods.

    Domestic shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

    Interntional shipping could take up to 14 business days.

  • 40mm European non-threaded UNO fitter shade ring and removable 29mm UK adaptor.

  • Yes. For fire safety a fire resistant, white PVC backing is used.

  • Our lampshade materials have been tested and pass the glow wire test performed by the Lighting Association. The fabric is backed with a white fire resistant PVC lining and we recommended using a low energy LED bulb.

  • As each lampshade is bespoke and made to request, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Do let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, as once your order is in the process of being made, cancellations are not possible.

    Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to check a lampshade is the correct size before purchase and that it is compatible with light fittings. Please do get in touch if you require any assistance with this and we will be happy to help.

  • Yes. Fabric samples are available if you wish to check that the colour and texture are just right before placing your order.

  • Yes, our lampshades can be used with table lamps or as ceiling lighting.

  • Width: The diameter of the lampshade should roughly match the height of the lamp base.

    Height: The height of the lampshade should be about two-thirds the height of the lamp base.

    Proportion: The lampshade should be wider than the widest part of the lamp base for a balanced, cohesive look.

  • To keep linen lamp shades clean, gently dust them regularly with a soft brush or microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dirt and debris. If stains occur, spot-clean with a mild detergent and lukewarm water, then blot dry with a clean towel.

  • We source our linen fabrics from Lithuania and use fabrics that are OEKO-TEX certified, kind to skin and the planet.

Choosing the Right Size Shade for Table Lamps

Our linen lampshades are available in a variety of sizes — 20cm, 25cm, 30cm and 40cm diameter. For the right fit, three proportions matter: the width of the shade should roughly match the height of the base; the shade height should be around two-thirds the base height; and the shade should always be wider than the widest point of the base to look balanced. Our team is happy to advise on sizing for a specific base.
