Shipping policy

Despatch times Fabrics, cushions and bow ties are despatched the same day when ordered before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday, at weekends or on bank holidays are despatched the next working day. Lampshades are made to order and despatched within 2–7 working days. During busy periods this can take longer, and we'll let you know if your order is affected.

Delivery and tracking Samples are sent untracked by Royal Mail 1st Class (express) or 2nd Class (standard), unless you select a tracked service at checkout. Because untracked post carries no delivery confirmation, we can't guarantee or evidence delivery of untracked samples. All other orders are sent on a tracked service, usually Royal Mail or DPD. Larger and wholesale orders may travel with another courier. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves us. Delivery estimates are guidance only and aren't guaranteed.

Delayed or missing parcels Royal Mail doesn't treat a UK parcel as lost until 10 working days after its due date. If your order hasn't arrived, email hello@wildlinens.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for non-delivery are issued once the carrier confirms the loss.

Incorrect addresses Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't refund orders delivered to an address that was supplied incorrectly.
