Our lampshade materials have been tested and pass the glow wire test performed by the Lighting Association. The fabric is backed with a white fire resistant PVC lining and we recommended using a low energy bulb.
Our lampshades are bespoke and made to order according to your specifications. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only process cancellations before production has begun. Once your lampshade is in the process of being made, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
Suitability & fitting Please ensure you have checked that the size and fitting are compatible with your lamp base before purchasing. If you are unsure, please get in touch, we are always happy to help you find the perfect fit!
Despatch Lampshades are made to order and despatched within 2–7 working days. During busy periods this can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if your order is affected.
Delivery & tracking Lampshades are sent on a tracked service, usually Royal Mail. Larger orders may travel with another courier. Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves us. Delivery estimates are guidance only and aren't guaranteed.
Delayed or missing parcels Royal Mail doesn't treat a UK parcel as lost until 10 working days after its due date. If your order hasn't arrived, email hello@wildlinens.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for non-delivery are issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
Faulty or incorrect items If your lampshade arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Colour Disclaimer
Actual colours may differ slightly from the images viewed on screen because of variations in computer and mobile device display capabilities. We recommend you order a swatch to see fabric colour in person before ordering.
